As the CEO of Generasi Gemilang, I’m right alongside our team, leading the charge in planning and executing our mission-driven initiatives. We’re all about living and breathing our values, represented by L.I.V.E.S. (Love, Integrity, Value lives, Excellence, and Servanthood), in everything we do. For me, it’s not just about strategy; it’s about being grounded in the belief that we must be good stewards of the resources we’re given and honor the trust placed in us by those we serve.
My Purpose
My faith and the unwavering support of those who believed in me have always been my guiding lights, especially during the darkest moments of my past. Through the encouragement of family and friends, I found the strength to pursue a career in Chartered Accountancy, ultimately securing a position within one of the prestigious Big 4 firms.
In reflecting on my journey, I’ve come to deeply believe that every child, regardless of their circumstances, possesses boundless potential and a bright future ahead. It is this conviction that drives our work at GG, where we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation and empowering families. Together, we strive to create a world where every child is given the support and opportunities they need to flourish and fulfill their dreams.

- Munch and Move: A groundbreaking parent-child initiative providing early childhood developmental support through interventions focusing on nutrition, responsive caregiving, and early learning.
- Super Sarapan: Our school feeding program has been combating hunger and food insecurity in schools since 2014. We’ve provided nourishing meals to underserved students in 41 schools across Malaysia and aim to extend our reach to another 1,200 students in 2024.
- KidzREAD and LIT Mathematics: These community learning programmes offer small group mentoring sessions for children, focusing on English and Mathematics respectively, to bolster their academic skills and confidence.
- Kelab Gemilang: Our mentorship program is designed to nurture confident and resilient youths by fostering self-esteem, communication skills, and character development.
